# Fountain ($FOUNT)

> Mint-to-LP token on BNB Smart Chain (chainId 56) for wallets holding a .ai Agent ID. Every mint costs 0.003 BNB, split 80% LP / 20% treasury; the LP share goes into PancakeSwap liquidity and the LP tokens are burned. No owner, no admin functions, taxes hardcoded.

- Agent ID registry (ERC-721): 0x60B9262456dE011F7d15a54CdD8c48bAaa8B022F. Minting is gated per Agent ID: ownerOf(agentTokenId) must be the caller.
- Supply: 1,000,000,000 FOUNT. 200M Phase 1 mint, 160M initial LP (burned), 590M Phase 2 mint (incl. up to 50M free mints and up to 10M referral rewards), 50M jackpot reserve. Team allocation 0.
- Price: 0.003 BNB per unit, 1 to 10 units per transaction.
- Phase 1: 200,000 FOUNT per unit, max 5 units per Agent ID (+1 per successful referral). At 1,000 units (3 BNB) the contract opens the pool with 2.4 BNB + 160M FOUNT (opening price = mint price, 1.5e-8 BNB per FOUNT).
- Mint BNB split: 80% LP / 20% treasury on every paid mint (Phase 1 and 2). The treasury (dev wallet) share is sent in the same transaction; if that transfer fails it is kept for payDev() and the mint still succeeds.
- Free mint: 1 per Agent ID in Phase 1, 50,000 FOUNT, gas only, first 1,000 Agent IDs.
- Phase 2: up to 10 more units per Agent ID; tokens per unit follow the pool price (higher of spot and 15-minute TWAP); 80% of BNB auto-added to LP in 0.1 BNB batches.
- Referral (Phase 1 paid mints only, paid in FOUNT): mint(units, agentId, refId). The owner of refId instantly receives 5% FOUNT of the referred mint amount (10,000 FOUNT per unit) from the Phase 2 reserve (capped by what is left), and refId gets +1 Phase 1 quota. No BNB, LP untouched, the minter's amount is unchanged, nothing to claim. Self-referral reverts; unknown refId is ignored. Invite link: https://fountainbnb.xyz/?ref=<agentId>
- Jackpot: per paid unit, 1 in 250 → 10x tokens, 1 in 25 → 3x, decided by the hash of a future block (mint block + 2), settled by later mints or anyone via settleJackpots(max); expires after 256 blocks unsettled. Paid from the 50M reserve.
- Tax: buy 2% (1% burned, 1% reflected to holders), sell 2% to the treasury as FOUNT, wallet-to-wallet 0%. Cannot be changed.
